Is the zapper Frequency Generator safe to use? Yes it is completely safe for a number of reasons. Even if the device only emits only 10v of DC power (one volt more than a 9v battery) we warn that people with heart conditions or pace makers should not use the unit. The unit is not plugged into the wall power. We advise you avoid units that plug directly into the wall – if the transformer inside the unit gives – you could get electrocuted.
