Q: Why are there some games that cannot be played?
A: As this is an emulator game stick, many different versions of games appear on the Internet. Due to the existing technology, it is still not possible to make one emulator adapt to all games. We currently have 95% game compatibility with our game consoles, but there are still about 5% of games that may not be perfectly compatible. Some games may not open, or there might be a game console that does not support you, or the game may lag significantly after opening. These are all normal phenomena. Generally, you can download other versions of the game. We hope for your understanding.
Q: How do I save games?
A: Please press the "Start" + "Select" buttons simultaneously to call out the menu that will show the SAVE option.
Q: Why can't the game stick turn on without the card?
A: The game system and games are installed on the micro card. This card must be inserted into the card slot on the game stick. Without the card, the game stick cannot be used. Please note this requirement.
Q: Is the game controller rechargeable or does it use AAA batteries?
A: The game controller uses 4 AAA batteries. AAA batteries are not included. It is not a rechargeable game controller.
